Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Help to define and build custom reports that meet the needs of our business;
• Work with wider HR team to define functional reporting requirements and to create functional reporting specs that accurately document required functionality.
• Provide guidance to the creation of end user training ensuring that functionality of reports are fully understood when documentation is created and support the unit testing and user acceptance testing for Oracle HCM reporting, raising/fixing any potential bugs found

At IBM, we have a fantastic and growing Oracle HCM Practice, where we have delivered multiple First of a Kind implementations. You will support the implementation for Cloud Reporting using your in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and solution expertise to ensure a successful project delivery. This will include process design, product configuration & demo, functional design and testing from unit testing through to UAT.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We are looking for a professional with :

• Oracle HCM Cloud Reporting experience on at least 2 end to end implementations
• Knowledge of HCM data model
