Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Consultant to join our dynamic team. We are a cutting-edge technology consulting firm specializing in Oracle ERP solutions and digital transformations. As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Position: Oracle ERP – Solution Lead Consultant
Areas of Expertise: Oracle EBS, Fusion Cloud
Location: Poland (Remote)
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Lead and facilitate Functional Design Workshops, bridging business requirements to Oracle Cloud solutions and identifying extensions when needed.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand scope and requirements, supporting pre-sales activities when necessary.
- Drive solution architecture, and contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and proposal writing.
- Guide cloud migrations and implementations, leveraging expertise in SaaS, OCI, Fusion, AWS, and Azure.
- Act as the liaison between business managers, users, and IT execution teams, refining use cases and scenarios.
- Recommend process and technology enhancements to bolster team effectiveness.
- Manage project delivery, from Proof of Concept (POC) to configuration, integration, and extension migration to Production.
- Utilize deep Oracle ERP experience to implement solutions across various modules, such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Project Accounting, and more.
- Build and develop a high-performing team, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Leverage networking prowess for internal and external relationship management.
- Uphold a commitment to professional and client service excellence.
- Showcase exceptional verbal and written communication skills, driving effective collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Oracle Financials, SCM and Manufacturing, Oracle Fusion Cloud, OCI, Hyperion, and BI.
- Workday exposure or experience is preferred.
- Track record of successful Oracle solution implementations, both functionally and technically.
- Proficiency in conducting Proof of Concept (POC) studies and feasibility assessments.
- Familiarity with data warehousing, analytics, and management solutions.
- Previous experience in team building and development.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and motivation.
