Job description
We are not an ordinary window cleaning company. Although we will interview experienced candidates for our window cleaner jobs, we insist on everyone going through our training regime. At first, trainee operators work with an operations manager or team leader. These are the most senior cleaners and are the best of the best!
We provide a premium service and our standards are exacting, so our operators must have a keen eye for detail and fantastic work ethic. Window cleaner jobs are primarily very physical and manual work, but equally important is the ability to deal with customers in a pleasant manner and problem solve any issues that arise.
We also provide extra services as detailed within the website, our training covers this for an all round adaptability for all of our operatives. So while it is a window cleaner job, you will be fully qualified for a range of our cleaning services.
