Job description
Full-time Household Manager and Nanny needed in Cohasset for two children, ages 8 and 12, starting anytime between now & August. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 11am-6pm (flexibility offered in the schedule to fit the nanny’s availability. For example, if the nanny wanted less hours, the family could make most schedules work with 3-6pm being required). Guaranteed hours weekly.
A great match for this family is organized, a self-starter, intuitive, and can take the reins to independently, seamlessly, and successfully run a busy home. Someone playful, fun, and engaging, firm, consistent, and loving, comfortable driving children to activities, and can oversee and support children with their homework. The family has a pool so someone who can swim is important.
Household responsibilities include: family meal prep, cooking for the children, household tidying and organizing, grocery shopping, running errands, occasional laundry for the children, keeping household/kids items inventory, and other household support.
Both parents work from home in private offices, with one parent who also travels most of the week. The family has a cat, so please be pet friendly.
Compensation: $35/hour with optional healthcare stipend and paid benefits package.
