Bearward Engineering is a Northampton based firm manufacturing radiators for the power generation industry. Due to sustained growth and increased product demand, we are looking to recruit team players with a positive can-do attitude. Practical, hands on, good communication skills, with a willingness to work flexibly and attention to good housekeeping. Factory/Manufacturing background desirable but not essential
