Platform Two is recruiting for an Operations Technician for a large Technology business in London.
The Role
You'll be responsible for providing overlay & technical support to enhance the customers use of their services. You'll be preventing issues, resolving problems and being go to person for their customers.
Responsibilities

- Using team skills to manage your workload and working with other colleagues.
- Always keep yourself up to date, with the latest software, trends, and technical data.
- Help support with new projects, lines and software.
- Going that extra mile to be able to resolve all types of problems from minor to extremely complex matters. - Tier III
- Be available to assist in the welcoming and training of new colleagues.
- Compliment our client’s BAU operations.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of IP networking specifically Cisco, Nokia/Alcatel and Juniper.
- Data/IP networks experience in an operational environment.
- Demonstrative experience in Incident Management and Service Operations environments.

Salary: £50,000.00 per year
