Job description
As an operations support co-ordinator your job is to assist Regional Managers/Operations Managers and other members of the Operations team to ensure the smooth running the admin functions in the regions.
· Oversee day-to-day activities of operations administration staff, build good relationships with them and work with them to ensure their daily tasks are completed to the highest standards in the most efficient way.
· oversee the operations assistants are booking in 6 monthly and 6 weekly services onto Syrinx and monitoring progress to maintain company compliance.
· review weekly that the jobs are closed out once completed on Syrinx by the operations assistant to maintain a zero rating on the weekly report.
· Ensure that all necessary documents are filed away correctly
· Assist with the booking of internal delivery slots and customer delivery portals.
· Where possible liaise with the Operational team with support and advice to get jobs running smoothly
· Escalate any issues that you feel may needs additional assistance in completing
· Upload details onto the cloud – project info, reports, photos etc.
· Any other duties commensurate with the role and maintain Operation teams repositories in cloud
· support day to day Operation Syrinx related activities with other business units.
· Knowledgeable in Syrinx Application processes and techniques
· Ensure compliance to Syrinx processes regarding Operations core tasks
· Generate operations weekly report that support effective decision.
· Ensure timeliness of scheduled operations activities are being adhere to
· Support Operational Managers/Regional managers to coordinate activities, schedule and lead meetings as needed including communication of minutes and action items
Represent the end user perspective when working closely with the system Project Manager to reflect the operation teams requirements in overall configuration of the syrinx system.
Location: Leighton Buzzard/Swinton (please note this role will be across two sites)
Travel and hotel expenses will be covered by the company for this role.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
