WX Digital Agency provides web development, digital marketing, CRO, and SEO services and engages with clients in the US and Europe, primarily operating in the technology, cyber security, crypto, and human resources industries.
WX is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist, who has 2+ years of experience working with HubSpot, and can support us with tasks such as integrations, marketing automation, and database management.
As our Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be directly responsible for HubSpot maintenance and the planning and execution of new requirements, such as automated workflows, lead scoring models, reporting, and campaign management.
You can define your own work schedule, as long as you communicate when unavailable, deliver your tasks and projects within the set timeframes, and respond in a timely manner.
This job starts as a part-time position with the option to grow to a full-time position.
What you'll do at WX:
- Lead the day-to-day marketing operations for Clients and Agency.
- Create a plan, implement and manage HubSpot portals for Clients and Agency.
- Maintain and ensure data syncs between platforms such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.
- Identify opportunities to improve HubSpot portals and use new tools.
- Support on marketing campaign strategy and execution.
- Provide insights and reports on omnichannel user behavior, conversion data, user and customer journeys.
- Thoroughly document what has been set up and the steps involved, ensuring a detailed record of work is kept up to date.
- Work closely with the Agency’s strategist and account managers to ensure on-time delivery and quality assurance of all delivered works.
- Participate in team and client meetings, and communicate the complexities of HubSpot in a way that helps non-experts understand issues, recommendations, and technical processes.
- 2+ years of experience with HubSpot (you are able to demonstrate proof of track record/experience by submitting work examples, certifications, and/or recommendation letters or reviews from previous jobs).
- Knowledge of other platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Salesforce will be a huge plus.
- You are flexible in availability and open to working with team members from different time zones and backgrounds (we are a global team).
- You are organized and pay attention to every detail.
- You establish fruitful relationships with internal and external stakeholders and build rapport in order to influence decisions at all levels.
