INFORMATION OF DIVISION / HIRING DEPARTMENT / CAREER OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the position of Operations Support – Analytics.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Manager, Channel Compensation, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payments for external distribution channels. This position offers the potential for continued learning and development, as well as satisfying professional challenges and benefits.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and maintain SQL scripts to extract data for payment calculations and reports
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of commission payments
- Create and maintain reference tables and process documents
- Investigate and manage commission related claims
- Assist in the redesign and automation of current payment processes
- Identify opportunities for system and process enhancements
- Maintain good working relationship with channel partners and stakeholders
- Undertake audits to ensure payment accuracy and compliance with contract terms
COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or relevant field
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Analytical; able to extract and analyze large amounts of data
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills; attention to detail
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines without compromising quality
- Must be flexible, adaptable and versatile
PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Experience in PL/SQL
- Experience in SAS Enterprise Guide
- Working knowledge of Bell internal systems, processes, products and services
