Rigour Survey are a well-established survey company within East Anglia and the surrounding areas. The company has recently opened an office in the South of the UK and are seeking to expand the team further.
We are recruiting for a highly motivated individual with drive and enthusiasm to join our rapidly growing team as an Operations Support.
To thrive as Operations Support you should have meticulous eye for details, excellent organisational and communication skills, be able to support the delivery of projects workstreams. You will be working in a fast moving self-motivated team, delivering against deadlines and objectives whilst continually ensuring accuracy in delivery and support.
As a member of the Rigour Survey team, you will provide administrative support for the Company Directors and survey team who are situated across 3 locations. Support will be varied and challenging of which you will be rewarded through a bonus scheme and the desire to learn and progress is greatly supported.
Knowledge of the industry is an advantage but not a necessity as we are committed to train the right candidate to our expectations and standards.

Project management, delivery support
- Support the company strategy
- Identify actions and timelines needed to reach workstream objectives.
- Confidence to communicate plans to the Directors and team leaders
- Effectively allocate available resources.
- Maintain work progress logs to ensure completion of workstreams within target deadlines.
- Set priorities and manage own workload
- Act as a clients first call for project communications.
- Oversee workflows and delivery of weekly highlight reports
- Maintain compliance with policies, contractual obligations and law.
- Support the work and objectives of staff.
- Ensure that staff practice company policies and procedures.
- Accurate data entry ensuring accuracy and completeness
- High level project reporting
Support operations
- Provide clerical administrative support to the Directors.
- Support solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
- Administer operational procedures to ensure that the company runs smoothly.
- Plan and facilitate effective meetings.
- Deliver change opportunities to support the growth of the business
- Encourage and support staff in using best-practice tools and methodology.
- Management of purchasing system.
- Fleet management
- Manage inter company transactions
Social Media
- Create and manage all social media posts
- Ensure company online policies are adhered to
- Delivery of monthly website blogs
- Responsible in maintaining a strong web presence
- Using Google analytics to support Web development plans
- Working with the Marketing department to ensure one corporate message.
Essential Requirements
Educated to GCSE Level (A-C Grades or equivalent).
Relevant degree or qualification.

Salary: £25,000 annually pro rata
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
