About the role
We are seeking an Operations Support Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in the operation and management of Risk Leadership Network. This role will have a dual reporting line to both the Head of Marketing and UK Co-Founder and will be responsible for providing support across multiple areas of our business, including membership management, product and customer support, internal communications, and administrative support. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, be proactive, and be comfortable working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Provide member management and membership platform support, including user management and onboarding, customer support, member meeting setup and maintenance, and misc. content uploads/updates
- Support member engagement and retention by analysing data/trends, extracting actionable insights, and preparing engagement reporting and analysis
- Provide sales and marketing admin support, including the creation of collateral such as sales decks, proposals, onboarding decks and renewal documents
- Liaise with support teams at new member organisations to register companies and provide other information as required
- Submit membership invoices and liaise with customers as required
- HR admin support, including issuing employment contracts and liaising with an outsourced payroll provider
- Arrange meetings and facilitate the sharing of information and updates to help run and improve the effectiveness of the company
- Play a key role in the operation and management of the business
Requirements
- Excellent administrative skills, with experience in using data management and CRM systems
- Very comfortable using software platforms, ideally including Hubspot, Google Workspace and WordPress
- Clear written communication skills
- Able to analyse data and trends and extract actionable insights
- A great eye for detail
- Motivated by helping others and a team player
- Comfortable and effective working remotely
- Proactive and experienced in improving processes/ways of working
- Experienced in customer liaison and dealing with confidential information
Additional information
The successful candidate should be permitted to work in the UK and be able to travel to a central London hub at least once a week. Candidates who would prefer to work on a flexible basis will also be considered.
