This is an exciting brand new role within our expanding business!
We are looking for a highly organised and efficient individual to effectively monitor and co-ordinate all fabrication and office based operations, including purchasing, stock control and fabrication. The successful candidate will also assist with quality, health and safety, accreditation and general office management functions.
This role would suit a candidate with a soled background in Operations/Project Co-ordination. Experience gained within the construction/windows , doors or curtain walling industry would be a real advantage although full training will be given.
Key responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and monitor all stages of each project to ensure that each stage is executed effectively and in time to meet project schedules.
- Co-ordinate preparation of material schedules, purchasing, material picking and stock control functions.
- Manage updating of project status on various IT systems.
- Manage, update and prepare documents and information for pre-qualification questionnaires and databases.
- Assist with management of health and safety functions.
- Assist with quality management functions.
- Gather and prepare data for analysis of company operating functions.
- Assist in maintaining existing accreditations.

Salary: £38,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
