We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Support Leader to join our team in Broughton. Leading the Enablement Team, you will be responsible for the coordination of support to operations. You will be leading a diverse team of Enabling team members.


HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM


  • Leading and task managing a diverse team of Enablement team members.

  • Cost reduction and implementation of lean manufacturing tools and techniques

  • Ensure EHS and Airworthiness standards are met and drive the Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People (SQCDP) process to identify and implement potential improvements.

  • Development of future Strategies for the Enablement area including introduction of new technologies, digitalization and processes

  • Support Improvement Projects and liaise with key stakeholders

  • Support the management and review of the business NPO, NRC and CAPEX budgets within assigned targets.

  • Provide financial planning & control and Change Management support to the business along with the co-ordination of support to operations



ABOUT YOU

  • You will ideally have experience of working within a production or manufacturing environment, ideally from the Aviation or Aerospace industry.

  • You will have previous leadership experience, with a strong financial awareness and experience of managing budgets

  • Ideally general knowledge and experience of assembly tools and techniques

  • You will have a strong knowledge of business inputs and outputs
