Salary: £23 - £25k per annum depending on experience plus Veolia benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Office based - Kingswood, Hybrid or Working from home can be considered

What you'll be doing;
- Operational support to the Contract Managers and their teams working remotely for Energy, Waste and Water Contracts
- Close liaison with business support services such as: Finance, People Development, QHS and HR to ensure compliance through collaboration with the local management teams
- To communicate effectively whilst remote working for the teams you support
- Arrange regular review meetings with the managers you are supporting
- Be available for onsite support by prior arrangement with the operational teams
- Ensure an efficient Customer Service facility is provided
- Use your initiative to ensure continual improvement throughout your tasks
- Compile customer reports and complete meeting minutes
- Complete Waste Packs and manage Month End Snaps
- Raise purchase orders and customer invoices
- Manage purchasing and invoice queries through GRN and GRIR process
- Control of documentation to ISO 9001 standard
- Collate data from internal and external databases and contracts
- Utilise and maintain a wide variety of internal and external databases and Google Drive
- Actively manage and maintain internal tracking systems
- Ensure the registration for licences and subscriptions is updated
- Assist with ongoing and ad hoc projects including: mobilisation of new contracts and dilapidation process for terminated
- Ensure work output is delivered to agreed timescales
- Take ownership of your allocated responsibilities
- Efficient organisation of your workload to manage a wide variety of tasks and deadlines
- Provide assistance to your team members and cover for absence
- Maintain processes and ensure your work is visible to your team members so they can provide efficient absence cover
- Actively participate in client and team meetings
- Book travel accommodation and hire vehicles as requested
- Ad hoc support as required by business
What we're looking for;
- GCSE level, including English and Maths at grade C or above
- Previous experience working in a responsible, busy administrative role
- Microsoft Office and Google Suite experience
- Organisational skills are key to this role ad you need to manage a variety of tasks and deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively when working remotely from your team members and the managers you are supporting
- Able to manage your time and workload whilst working remotely
