About the Opportunity

An opportunity to join the Jacobs Field Solutions Sellafield based delivery function working in a team of nuclear professionals to support the delivery of multi-disciplined activities whilst supporting the required standards and expectations of the business. Previous experience of manging and leading teams will be required with experience of H&S legislation practices and laws.

Supporting the Operations lead team with site-based activities such as operations management, Business management, strategic management & resource management you will need Experience of working within nuclear establishments & following Nuclear Professionalism Standards & Expectations. This position will offer a wide range of opportunities to the successful candidate.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
  • Knowledge of the legislative, regulatory, quality, and environmental requirements relating to nuclear engineering projects.
  • IOSH Managing Safely qualified.
  • Experience of Human Resources processes and procedures as well as conducting Support the HR.
  • Business Partner in managing grievance/discipline issues as well as redundancy procedures.
  • Must be willing and able to obtain security clearance.
  • Site based on the Sellafield site.
  • Strong knowledge of the Sellafield working procedures, processes and construction/business activities
  • Experience in resource management, talent acquisition and interview processes.
