Our vision is creating great homes together. To help us achieve this we are looking for an Operations Support Associate to join our busy building safety and compliance team.
You will be part of a team that provides administrative support - processing cyclical compliance and building safety work to ensure that our customers experience is seamless, and that our audit trail and records are fully complete.
You will ensure that you are providing excellent customer service to ensure our teams have the information they need to complete their work. You’ll help with customer queries – making sure they get the right service, first time. Previous knowledge of property maintenance, resource scheduling and property safety would be advantageous.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do; you will need top notch customer service skills and always go above and beyond to make sure that we provide the right service at the right time, first time.
