Grade F: £21,030 pro rata (National Framework) or £26,199 pro rata (London Framework – if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £529 per annum for those working from home


Contracted Hours: Part Time 3 days per week – Wednesday to Friday


Contract Type: Fixed Term until 31st March 2024

This is an exciting opportunity to provide high quality, effective enabling administrative support within the Operations Hub including responding to planned and reactive requests for the Operations Group.

This role will contribute to a high-performance culture, To provide high quality effective administrative enabling support to the Operations Group across a range of administrative duties as directed by your line manager and within agreed processes and timescales.

What you will bring…

You'll have a proven track record of high quality, effective enabling administrative support and the ability to demonstrate appropriate operational experience.
Adept in quickly building effective professional relationships, you'll have strong written and verbal communication with experience of working with other teams and building relationships at all levels.
A key part of the role is to have good organisational skills, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines work without close supervision, manage own performance and task delivery


Accountabilities:

Contribute to a high-performance culture, taking personal responsibility for achieving individual targets, team service levels and assurance a high quality of work. Understand how your role contributes to the wider goals of The Operations Group and the organisation
Provide logistical and support for Operations Group meetings - including arranging dates and venues, preparation of materials and recording actions and decisions. Occasional travel may be required.
Provide enabling administrative support for bespoke regulatory activity and programmes of work across The Operations Group including, tracking and processing requests for information
Provide enabling administrative support for issuing reports and correspondence; supporting collation of relevant information for briefings queries or meetings; supporting joint activity with external partners and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records within CQC systems and tools to ensure data integrity and provide support for reporting requirements not currently met by system solutions.
Support accurate management information, including adherence to CQC mandatory requirements; data validation, monitoring team level activity and extraction of information from CQC Systems using available reports.
Assist with the production of newsletters, induction packs and event materials where required.
Manage key internal and external relationships effectively. • Undertake all mandatory and other identified training to support own development.
Actively contribute to Performance Management and Review process by ensuring participation in performance conversations and completion of appropriate documentation.
Demonstrate application of CQC Values and Behaviours in all interactions, raising awareness and improving practice in respect of Equality and Diversity and promotion of Human Rights within the workplace.

Essential Skills and Experience:
Educated to GCSE A*-C/NVQ2 or equivalent qualification level, or ability to demonstrate appropriate operational experience.
Good oral and written communication skills
Experience of working with other teams and building relationships at all levels.
Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines work without close supervision, manage own performance and task delivery
Able to work collaboratively across teams and respond flexibly to directorate demands and priorities.
Excellent IT skills in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Experience of using management information systems, collating and presenting information Desirable
Ability to generate original ideas and develop practical solutions
Has knowledge and understanding of CQCs role within the health and social care environment
