Croydon Transport Services – Operations Supervisor (G12)
This is an exciting time to be working in Croydon. As we emerge from the impacts of the pandemic, we face an unprecedented challenge in shaping the recovery and sustainable growth of our borough. Croydon Council is also building back from declaring a S114 notice last year, and we are having to work innovatively, build partnerships and strengthen ties with local communities, businesses, and wider society, working towards a more sustainable and inclusive future for the whole borough.
We are looking for an experienced transport Operations Manager to manage the Council’s in-house bus operation. This includes the operation of 40 routes per day, service which is responsible for delivering a high-quality service to some of the most vulnerable children which the Council has responsibility for. Knowledge and experience of delivering services within a local authority within a similar transport operation would be an advantage.

The role is full-time, M-F, 36 hours per week
