As our new Operations Strategy Support Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the Data / MI elements of the Contact Strategy. You will receive and log requests driven from your oversight before establishing the most efficient way to interrogate and visualise the results sets, complete with trend analysis and commentary. You will aim to market lead in visualisation through proactive research of upcoming standards which could be adopted to further enhance the reader’s experience. You will adopt a strong data model beneath you – with SME knowledge of the business units you support – with the ability to collaborate with several supporting functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the central point of contact for Data / MI across the Operation – demonstrated through a fully encompassing data model.
- Promote the use of analytics to understand and enhance the operation efficiency viewed through focused data sets and dashboards (Power BI, SSRS).
- Log, prioritize and build ad hoc / ongoing reports and dashboards relating to requests that have come in from stakeholders from all Operational areas.
- Produce daily / weekly / monthly reports through automation which offer up the right level of insight to annotate the business performance and demonstrate it through trend analysis.
- Working with IT, ensure that all reports / dashboards are run in an effective manner – optimized where possible to ensure minimal impact on systems and resources.
- Oversee performance, conduct and Customer reporting offering up feedback and trend analysis to help direct stakeholders to focus areas.
- Proactively research new standards / opportunities to enhance our visual demonstrations and self-serve model whilst driving down processing time and potential blind spots.
- Collaborate with the Compliance and MI teams to produce and promote key stakeholder reports and dashboards on an ongoing basis.
Things we need from you:
- Knowledge of Collections / Financial recovery desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excel knowledge desirable.
- High level of computer literacy, with a focus on Presentation/PowerPoint skills.
- Proven organisational and prioritisation skills.
