
Operations Specialist - Remote role Lytham, England
Job description

Position:
This role is responsible for the end to end Enterprise Operations processes, which include:
- Monitoring energy sales contracts, assessing risk and providing continuous feedback to Enterprise Sales
- Processing energy contracts from Enterprise Sales in Salesforce
- Checking for quality and accuracy to ensure that contracts are recorded accurately in line with the requirements of our Finance team
- Ensuring that all contracts successfully transfer supply and ‘go-live’

Requirements:*
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s A-C grade including Maths and English
- Previous support / administration experience
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good external and internal stakeholder management and ability to challenge
- Can resolve complaints and has experience with complaint resolution process
- Good energy industry and energy supplier knowledge
- Understanding of call monitoring frameworks and compliance, GDPR and regulatory standards
- Strong writing and proof-reading skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Understanding of various systems including call recording software and Access Database
- Experience of working with CRM systems (desired)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines
- Ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders
