We are currently looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Customer Operations & Analytics team to be based in our London, UK office.
Board’s Professional Services Team works directly with customers to configure the Board application to each company's specific needs. The PS Operations team is a partner to the Professional Services team by setting and enforcing process standards, completing month-end invoicing, and ensuring internal data reporting accuracy.
Main duties:

Enforce global process and project standards
- Monitor weekly timesheet and expense submissions and approvals
- Maintaining project information in financial applications
- Supervising the legal documentation process to ensure proper signatures have been received

Invoice customers for work completed by the Professional Services team
- Reconciling timesheets for month-end invoicing
- Partner with Finance for month-end invoicing
- Report PS forecasts and project status to the leadership team

Ensure data in the Professional Services Automation application is properly maintained
- Assist in the set-up and maintenance of ongoing projects
- Support PS with regular reviews of project reporting
- Participate in continuous process improvement efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or comparable degree/experience
- 2-3 years of experience supporting a services business
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Understanding of project frameworks and governance
- Be exceptional at building strong, long-lasting relationships
- Motivated, determined, self-starter
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work against very tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work remote with the ability to commute to a Board office when needed
- Required to be fluent in English with a preference of also speaking a second language
