Job description
Catalent Pharma Solutions are looking for a Operations Projects Associate to join the team at our Swindon site.
The position of Operations Projects Associate is responsible for managing a range of process improvement projects within the Operations department.
This position will also work closely with the production engineering and Technical engineering teams to identify and implement engineering/technical improvements to ensure the optimization of the manufacturing process and the realization of the site’s deliverable efficiencies.
The Role
Responsible for overall project knowledge and execution according to agreed upon deliverables and timeline.
Lead and build cross-functional project teams comprising of representatives from relevant functions.
Utilise company Project Management Methodology tools and templates to manage project
Track progress of project activities, ensure key project milestones agreed upon with customers are achieved, and ensure program proceeds based on the agreed upon timeline
Maintain ’overall picture’ of the project and provide/negotiate resolution to potential issues internally to prevent delay to project timeline.
Evaluate, highlight and escalate unresolved issues and potential barriers to project progression to relevant Managers.
Ensure total team preparedness before customer interface sessions
Discuss any changes in the customer quoted program of activities with internal; team members and business development, communicate to the customer and ensure that the changes are fully documented.
The Candidate
Good Communication skills
Knowledge of Zydis product and processes are preferable
Attention to detail
Ability to build working relationships across all levels and departments with site
Ability to work independently
Knowledge and understanding of Project Management Tools and processes
