Based at our depot in Richmond, the role will allow you to work in the northern area of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales including Swaledale, Wensleydale and Coverdale.

  • To motivate individuals and teams ensuring best practice is deployed across the waste management service area through regular dialogue and formal appraisals as individuals and teams
  • To effectively manage the day to day performance of team members including identifying and addressing conduct, performance and absence matters, including through formal HR processes where appropriate
