We are seeking an experienced Operations/Office Manager to join our team at a well-established Financial Planning company that has been providing life-focused advice for over 20 years. The role is full-time, office-based (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) in Hale, Cheshire, and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing company.

Financial Services experience is highly desirable and ideally within a similar role with a Financial Planning practice.

As the Operations/Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our Client Support and Paraplanning Teams, working closely with the team managers and company directors to ensure we continue to provide world-class client experiences and run smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture talent within the Client Support and Paraplanning Teams
  • Lead and inspire both teams, setting the pace for the working environment in the office
  • Devise, organize, and run projects to a successful conclusion with a view to ongoing improvement of the business and the client experience
  • Develop and use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve performance
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, manage workloads, and prioritize effectively
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering a positive experience for both staff and clients
  • Provide support, development, and training to staff in alignment with company values
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Analyse and assess procedures, making improvements where necessary while remaining compliant with regulations

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a Financial Planning practice or financial services environment
  • Marketing experience including social media and client events
  • Experience in using Salesforce software for managing and analysing client interactions and drive client/marketing projects.

Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
