The role
We are currently looking to recruit a to the role of Walsall and Sandwell Operations Manager.
Within the role you will be responsible for providing the effective delivery of services under the terms of the Walsall PPP contract and lead a team of Managers across the defined locations ensuring our properties and services meet the demands of residents and commissioning authorities.
You will oversee the delivery of services in order that we comply with or exceed the requirements of the Walsall PPP contract, along with wider Local Authority contracts, and achieve high resident and staff satisfaction.
You will also develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all key stakeholders across the Walsall PPP contract and other defined Local Authorities

What we’re looking for
The essential requirements for the role include:
- Knowledge of the regulatory and legislative frameworks for both Housing services and Social Care
- Knowledge and understanding of the requirements to deliver high quality housing and/or care services, ideally within an extra care setting
- Experience across housing and / or care services of leading complex multi-site services
- Working within older people services and understanding the issues and needs of older people
- Housing and / or Social Care management qualification
