Operations Manager, Steyning Grammar School
Hours: 37 per week, 52 weeks per year (i.e. not term time only)
Salary £49,029 - £57,104 p.a. dependent upon experience
Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking for an exciting role in a successful and expanding Multi-Academy Trust?
The Operations Manager is a key role, designed to consolidate certain non-teaching operations across a multi-site school.
The role’s main responsibility is to work with the Trust CFO and SGS Head teacher to consolidate processes to drive the school forward within Bohunt Education Trust. This is a varied role which requires excellent change management skills to meet objectives on time and on budget, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
The successful candidate will have:
- An ability to organise and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines
- Excellent soft skills to ensure the successful implementation of efficiencies and new processes
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience of developing systems and processes to meet organisation’s requirements
- A flexible attitude and willingness to contribute constructively towards the Team
