Operations Manager - Inspiresport
This is a hybrid role based in our Manchester office with flexibility for some homeworking, so you must live within a commutable distance.

Due to an exciting time of growth we are now looking for an Operations Manager to join our team based in Manchester.
This role is will assist & support the Head Of Operations in all operational functions as well as managing, developing & motivating staff to provide excellent customer service. Ultimately, driving robust decisions to ensure the success of a tour with internal & external suppliers, profit, and longevity for the business. This is to be done in line with our Brand Pillars and Inspiresport Core Values.
No two days are the same, but on a typical day you will:
- Ensure the Office Rota is managed and functioning for the operational needs of the business.
- Set Targets for individual staff to perform to a high standard ensuring delivery of a tour is successful offering excellent Customer Service.
- Oversee each product division and ensure that processes and procedures are being adhered to.
- Ensure the staff are reviewing costings & invoices when received on our products ensuring the capability of a tours logistics - escalating any anomalies to the Heads of Sales and Head of Operations.
- Ensure communication channels between the Operations department and other areas of the business are supported with both internal and external suppliers
- Overview of our in-house systems ensuring the support is given internally and to our external supplier.
- To support the team with coaching and development in areas required.
- To find solutions with any file difficulties supporting the tour coordinators.
- Report to the Head Of Operations with an overview and update on the department’s different areas of process.
- To monitor the workload of each coordinator ensuring capabilities are managed for the individual
- To Oversee and work with the Long-Haul programme, Coordinate, and support the planning, implementation, review and report of the operational process, to meet and exceed customer requirements and expectation.
