Location: Birmingham Salary: £70,000 + Car Allowance and BenefitsThe Role:

• Responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Engineering team to deliver a complete range of technical services for our client accounts.
• Manage all contracts, ensuring that the team deliver all services in line with the contract to successfully perform against KPI's.
• Provide leadership to the whole account team to meet client expectations and will be responsible for the overall structure and performance of the account to deliver these services.
• Look for opportunities to deliver the growth expected by the business and drive opportunities to improve group turnover and GP potential whilst delivering value to our customer.
• Ownership of contract performance in all areas to meet client expectations and contractual deliverables. Management of all required work programmes in line with key performance indicators (KPI's).
• Ownership to deliver the P&L performance expected whilst delivering value to the customer and managing commercial risk exposure.
• Oversee the cost efficiency and profitability and in conjunction with Finance, monitor the financial results monthly.
• Create accurate and stretching budgets and forecasts to drive contract performance and growth.
• Build and maintain effective and positive working relationships with Client at all levels.

The Successful Candidate:

• Technically competent
• Engineering qualification to degree level is desirable.
• A proven track record within a management role in the Mechanical or Process services environment.
• Excellent project management experience.
• Effective P&L management, delivering profitability.
• Leadership and Management training commensurate with role
• Committed to delivering the highest levels of health and safety.
