Join our Membership team in creating strategy and execution of benefits, rewards, and operations of the LEGO Group’s global membership program!
Core Responsibilities
Ownership of policies, legal terms and conditions, FAQs, training, and other materials to support a high program execution level.
Own relationship between membership operations and legal, tax, compliance, and data office teams.
Document and evaluate existing processes within the team and identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with business transformation partners to ensure the member needs are addressed within new operating models and support platforms
Development and socialisation of a robust communications plans to support strong connections across marketing, store operations, consumer services, IT, and other key collaborators.
Manage external supplier relationships supporting the program's day-to-day operations while ensuring timely delivery and a high level of quality.
Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience in process development and mapping.
Strong organisational skills and analytical approach.
Ability to work independently.
Highly process driven with a strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and problem solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills a requirement.
