- Someone with an understanding of the complexity of running several concessions or a large unit on a day-to-day basis
- Experience of setting and managing budgets and driving revenue
This is an exciting senior role reporting into the Head of Operations. Responsible for the overall commercial function, including admissions & ticketing, retail and food and beverage, with the support of the catering manager. This role will also coordinate relationships with our Games, Photo and VR partners across the attraction.
You’ll never be far from the action ensuring the highest standards of guest experience are achieved and delivering that all important wow first impression! Working with your team to maximise ticket sales and increase secondary spends, deliver excellent guest service. Offering the highest level of guest interaction by focusing on customer service, presentation, merchandising, food safety and overall financial performance.
People management and development will be crucial, with the help of your team of assistant managers and catering manager, you’ll recruit, lead and train the Commercial team to deliver memorable experiences.
This is a permanent, full-time role, working any 5 days out of 7. There will be regular weekend and bank holiday working on a roster basis, so you’ll need to be flexible with regards to working days and hours.
