About Our Client
Excellent opportunity for an Operations Controller / Head of Operations to join a reputable managed service provider. They are looking for a highly structured / organised individual to manage the performance of 30 Ops Managers across the UK.
Job Description
As Operations Controller you will support and delegate on behalf of the Department Director to deliver in multiple areas of commercial, operational and strategic goals. You will ensure the smooth running of day to day operations by remotely managing circa 30 Operations Manager's across the UK through analysis of key performance indicators (KPI's).
You will look to drive standards of excellence across the team with the end goal of improving commercial performance across the business.
You will influence the operations team through positive one to one's, reviews and appraisals recognising success and opportunity at the earliest opportunity and seeking the correct support to influence performance and behaviours.
The Successful Applicant
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an environment where data has been interpreted and utilised to influence performance and results.
- Experience of remote team management
- Proven track record of effective P&L and accounts management
- Oversee day-to-day operational performance through analysis of data / KPI's
- Must be available out of ours to respond to or co-ordinate an appropriate response to escalated incidents.
- Experienced in HR processes, recruiting, onboarding, and training high-performing colleagues to achieve sales timely installation and opening of the sites.
