Market Leading EPOS SAAS Vendor
Pivotal role in the business.
Package: £60,000 – £65,000 + benefits
Office: Midlands Based but flexible working for half of the week (Required to travel to customer sites if necessary)

- Do you have experience implementing and managing multiple projects in the Retail/ Hospitality/Stadia space?

We are working with a market leading EPOS SAAS vendor who focus on several industries and provide one of the best solutions on the market.
As the Operations Manager, you will focus on 5 main areas which will include, People, Core Operations, Budgets, Project delivery and Strategy.
Operations Manager (EPOS SAAS Vendor) – Job Accountabilities
People:
- Manage a team of Project Managers
- Grow the team.
Core Operations:
- Seeking and identifying new opportunities.
- Addressing any issues internally or project based and coming up with possible solutions.
- Developing documentation and operational policies for the business to define your “Own Way”.
- Forward planning for possible resources.
Budgets:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resource, and quality.
- Manage reporting and auditing.
- Working with the sales team to understand the depth of the sales pipeline and what this will look like for the business.
Project Delivery:
- Engage with senior Project Managers to oversee the execution of projects.
- Create and schedule projects and assign resource accordingly.
- Providing updates to internal and external stakeholders regarding project timelines and financials.
Strategy:
- Staying up to date with Regulatory compliance.
- Staying up to date with market insights.
- Competitor analysis.
Operations Manager (EPOS SAAS Vendor) – Experience Needed
- Experience working as a Senior Project Manager or an Operations Manager for an EPOS/POS vendor
- Experience delivering large projects across Retail/Hospitality/Stadia.
- Experience managing or leading a team.
- Strong network within the EPOS/POS space.
- Experience creating planning documents and work orders.
- Recognised Project Management accreditation or qualification.
