Want to enable the next stage of growth for a 50-person international MSP with a focus on efficiency and quality responsibilities of operations management?
My fast-growing client with operations in the Channel Islands and the Middle East has created a new role with an exciting mandate to assess, plan and collaboratively implement marginal gains in efficiency and quality business-wide; essentially an unlimited mandate across policy, process, and procedure to consult and coach with the leadership team and wider business functions
You are probably already working in a 30-person+ MSP and have worked in other MSP businesses in a variety of roles within service delivery and business management such as ‘Head of Operational Systems’, ‘Strategic Programmes Manager’, or maybe ‘Transformation Manager.
Regardless of your current title, you are a lifelong learner, attending and contributing to MSP communities such as ITNation, Dattocon, and CompTIA, and continuation of this would be expected as part of the role in surveying MSP industry best practise and taking inspiration for initiatives within my clients business.
My client manages IT for premium clients in financial services and enterprises, who demand a premium service from this MSP, so best practice is adopted wherever possible, for example, the business is underpinned by EOS Traction methodology.
You will be working from home, with regular travel to the Channel Islands and occasionally the middle east.
