Requirements

The role:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our RevOps team, working closely with both Tyk’s Revops and Marketing teams! As a Marketing Operations Manager, your responsibilities will be diverse and include strategy and process, systems and tools, data and reporting as well as project management.

As Tyk’s Marketing Operations Manager, you will work closely with senior marketing leadership, you will be passionate about marketing operations and will have experience of managing multiple projects at once.

Here’s what you’ll be getting up to:

Strategy & Processes

  • Improve and document processes for Lead to Deal Management (Lead-MQL-SQL) including proactive support and input into ABX Playbook and its set-up in HubSpot
  • Contribute and support Head of Platforms and Conversion Optimisation experts in identifying and executing improvements re: data, tagging, reporting such as A/B testing support

Systems & Tools

  • Serve as a primary administrator for Hubspot’s marketing Inbound full-funnel (i.e. manage users, including profiles and permissions; create and manage forms; manage workflows, data uploads, channels & campaign tracking
  • Partner with marketing for database cleaning; train & coach marketing team members; collect and/or identify business needs and translate it to technical implementation within Hubspot environment; identify and take on new initiatives that would help with top-mid funnel’s efficiency and effectiveness)
  • Manage fully & execute marketing tooling integrations with Hubspot and lead routing to sales team
  • Ensuring best tooling practices are applied and continuously looking for improvements (monthly reporting of ideas & best practices)

Data & Reporting

  • Coordinate and steer marketing metrics and reporting structure for CMO and team to enable data-driven decisions and overall performance monitoring of lead and revenue streams (Hubspot, Infinigrow and other systems)
  • Weekly & monthly reporting of inbound pipeline gaps & opportunities, providing data for Marketing Intelligence Manager
  • Develop datasets from various online/offline sources and derive insights
  • Ensure data quality and funnel visibility across marketing metrics and operations
  • Create, maintain and/or support users with data reporting requests & dashboards
  • Tackling key conversion and velocity questions through regular data visualisation

Project Management

  • Manage timelines and communication on all projects with marketing and sales teams.
  • Closely collaborate with marketing team and its leadership ensuring alignment and a constant feedback loop on new initiatives and ongoing improvements (biweekly at least), using Monday.com as PMO tool
  • Proactively recommend and implement improvements to processes, workflows and features within Hubspot and other marketing tooling to increase marketing ROI and efficiency (monthly to CMO)
  • Develop and present recommendations for marketing operations projects across internal teams on a quarterly basis
  • Collaborate with sales operations manager, Head of Platforms and Marketing Intelligence Manager in order to maintain a fluid process excellence throughout the whole funnel, from inbound to/with outbound
  • Report on biweekly basis progress on requests and tasks to clean database, workflows, solve data integration, reporting and other issues re: inbound performance

Here’s what we’re looking for:

Required:

  • Experience of using Hubspot
  • Project Management Experience

Preferred:

  • Basic coding:
    • JavaScript (more advanced HubSpot customization, especially for third-party integrations);
    • SQL/BigQuery (data analysis and reporting);
    • APIs (APIs are used to integrate with other tools and to automate reporting; this includes working with Google Scripts or other scripting tools).
  • Working in a Saas Environment
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce
