Job description
We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team for a steadily growing outsourcing business based in Adderbury at Banbury Business Park (OX17 3NS). This role will be Hybrid, with at least 2 or 3 days per week in the office.
You will form a vital part of the management system at TieTa, providing leadership and maintaining good quality standards for our team leaders and their teams.

Requirements of the Role
- You must currently be residing within the UK (overseas applicants will be declined
- Aged 18 or above
- English speaking with good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer literate, with basic IT skills, used to working with Microsoft Teams and other Office applications
- Background checks including employment references, DBS and adverse financials (we cover costs for these
Experience and Skills Required
- Previous management experience, including managing team leaders as well as staff, be a people focused leader
- Previous experience working within a BPO is desirable
- Experience working within Financial Services or a regulated environment is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
Main Duties
- Day to day management of up to 3 team leaders and their teams
- Coaching and up-skilling of team leaders in the execution of employee and client relations
- Managing relationships with TieTa's clients and preparing reports on daily/weekly/monthly KPIs
- Reviewing and analysing data on team performance
- Understand our clients operation, creating awareness of challenges and ongoing requirements
- Actively seeking commercial opportunites with clients
- Communicating with stakeholders and the rest of the TieTa team
- Planning and organisational skills to ensure maximum coverage of staff
- Ability to create a good plan and determination to accomplish goals
