Due to internal promotion we’re delighted to advertise a new Operations Manager role. We’re looking for a highly motivated, communicator with a proven track record in developing site/s and people to achieve.
Leadership is a large part of the Ops Manager role as such you will be responsible for welcoming new General Managers on board, supporting training and development, empowering your team to build success and share ideas. With industry experience, you will know the marketplace and use this knowledge to guide business development and create high performing teams, you will be relied upon to ensure a hands on approach to delivering the company brand identity to existing and new locations.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Support, drive, mentor and coach site management teams
- Ensure sites live and breath our Making People Happy culture
- Regular and effective communication with all colleagues in the business
- Drive KPI’s for sites
- Responsibility for the delivery of budgeted targets
- Ensure sites are working to outstanding customer service
- Accountable for ensuring compliance with Company policies and current legislation
- Knowledgeable about the market, competition, and trends
- Naturally you must also be able to travel to all existing and new sites on request
