Team Leader, Operations

We are currently seeking a Team Leader, Operations based in Saint John, New Brunswick.
Responsibilities:
- Drive a safety-first culture.
- Contribute to and deliver short term and long-term operational strategies to accelerate business growth.
- Coach, train, develop and lead staff.
- Vacation coverage of staff
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement.
- Work with fleet managers to improve driver engagement and the management of individual drivers.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Work directly with drivers to address any issues/inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Operational experience would be considered an asset.
- Demonstrated leadership acumen.
- Effective communication style at all levels in the organization, a willingness to share information, and a collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
