To provide daily support to the Studio Operations Director and to ensure efficient service delivery to our internal and external clients.
The position requires a highly motivated individual who has a knowledge of and passion for the film & TV Production industry. The ideal candidate will have experience of leading a team and be able to react and respond according to client requests. Through this, they will gain excellent knowledge of the industry and Studio management.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist the Studio Operations Director to provide a seamless service to new and existing clientele and oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the Studio.
- Deputise for the Studio Operations Director in their absence.
- Develop and manage key relationships.
- To lead and motivate the Operations and Maintenance team and manage rotas, work schedules & tasks.
- Work alongside the Facilities Manager to escalate maintenance issues that can’t be resolved locally and manage contractors and their work.
- To work closely and collaboratively with the Services team and be present on pre-start client recce’s to advise where required.
- To prioritise workloads, report on all works issued and completed, and proactively react to the unexpected.
- Monitor performance to ensure a consistent delivery of an excellent level of customer services to all on and off-site clients.
- To assist in the recruitment of staff and developing training programs and then delivering that training for new staff.
- To ensure that a high level of presentation is maintained in all areas of the Studio.
- Responsibility for departmental administrative duties and reporting.

Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
