Job Description
Our Global team is looking for an Operations Manager to come and join the band in either London or Amsterdam. In your role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the various aspects of the day-to-day operations. This role entails optimising processes, managing resources, and ensuring efficient workflows across departments to meet business objectives.
You will play a crucial role in problem-solving, decision-making and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and quality. Additionally, you will be accountable for monitoring key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve operational excellence.

Main Job Duties
Your role would include, but not be limited to the following:
- You have the ability to actively review operations (including but not limited to: IT Systems, platforms, applications, templates, and processes used in the creation of music for advertising and in sonic branding) running smoothly
- You oversee where and when external support might be needed and propose temporary partners and or/hiring
- You have clear and concise communication to convey expectations, collaborate with teams and interact with stakeholders
- You have the capacity to understand the big picture and align operational efforts with long-term strategies
- You have the financial acumen to understand budget cost control and the financial implications of operational decisions
- You have the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects to successful completion
- You have the flexibility to handle changing circumstances and industry trends
- You are proficient in negotiating contracts and partnerships
Desired Skills & Experience
- You have experience with CRMs such as Hubspot
- You have a considerable understanding of how to build admin frameworks and draw insights from them
- You will work with Sales, Finance, Marketing and product teams to relay information and distill
- You have a solid background and knowledge of administration
- You have a great eye and attention to details
- You have an understanding of music production and it’s different workstreams and processes
- You are strategic and can look at the bigger picture as well as the small ones
- You have good technical knowledge
