Job description
- Help management implement organizational objects, strategies, policies and tactics
- Oversee the company’s operations and implement strategies to streamline the workflow
- Coordinate different departments locally (Procurement, Shipping, Warehousing) and Internationally (Sales) to ensure high levels of productivity
- Oversee budgets and any changes in budgets
- Document and maintain Business workflow procedures
- Shape and manage teams and projects
- Monitor overall productivity and implement new strategies for increasing efficiency
- Reviewing workload and human resources to make sure that the company’s objectives and financial goals are met
- Establish Relations with existing / new Manufactures and Vendor, partners and employees
- Support all functions inherent in the business to work together effectively
- Ensure employee satisfaction and provide motivate and inspiration periodically
- Maintain daily reports and send them to the management team
