Job Title: Property Operations Manager
PQE: 5 years’ experience in similar role
Salary: £50,000
Location: Burnley, Lancashire (Head Office) Regular travel to Middlesbrough
Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm

What We Do
We offer a fully client based serviced approach to investing in properties. We acquire properties from the open market, renovate them to a set standard and specification, pass them onto our lettings department for maintenance and management and we resell to investors.
The Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a property operations manager to head up and lead the Company’s Renovations and Maintenance Departments across multiple sites.
We have a site based in NW (Burnley BB12) and another site based in NE (Middlesbrough TS6)
We have a portfolio of around 1500 properties Company Wide
Main Responsibilities
Fully understand all aspects of site management both in maintenance and renovations across both sites
Responsible for all Health and Safety and ensuring adequate protocols are being followed.
Candidate must be able to travel regularly between the two sites to ensure site specific support is given to key regional managers and to support the operations of the department.
This person will also be a key point of subcontractors and will be leading annual review meetings to ensure regular updates and costings are aligned.
Candidate will have their own internal team to ensure effective running of departments across sites.

Experience & Key Skills Required
- Experienced in property renovations, ideally tradesman/construction background
- Experienced in managing successful teams, with an eye for quality
- Computer literate – being able to use Excel and Word packages
- Communication skills – be able to work with a diverse range of people professionally and communicate verbally and in writing.
- Organisational skills – be able to manage multiple projects, track projects and deliver results in a timely manner
- Interpersonal skills – approachable and friendly, be able to deal with others in a professional manner
