Within the Royal Academy of Arts, the HR team delivers a complete HR service, from recruitment & onboarding, through every touchpoint of the employee journey, to leavers and offboarding.
We are currently seeking an organised, efficient, and proactive HR Operations Manager to join the team on a fixed term contract basis.
For the past two years we’ve been focused on reinvigorating good solid HR practice, and providing a positive, proactive, and professional HR service to all teams. Our current HR Operations Manager is about to go on maternity leave, and our aim is to continue to build on her successes and continue our work to deliver on our ambitions.
About You
To do this, we need strength within our background HR infrastructure; the policies, procedures, and practices that we follow, as well as a driving force to deliver our major projects and priorities; and this is where you come in.
You will have substantial experience in a hands-on, operational HR team and have good, sound knowledge of HR, especially around the legal basics of employment. You will be a meticulous individual who is able to work at pace and will relish the challenge of getting things organised, updated and compliant.
Please note, we expect this role to commence mid-October 2023.
