Role - Revive! Surrey Operations Manager
Salary - £50,000 per year plus bonus, OTE £60,000 +
Revive! Surrey are excited to be able to offer the role of Business Manager to help propel our business to the next level. From our humble beginnings of a single van we have now expanded to a fleet of eight mobile technicians and two fixed Smart and Alloy Refurbishment workshop’s - we are now looking to expand further with sustainable but fast growth.
Our business relies on excellent communication and great organisation, this is what has helped our growth over the years; to achieve our ambitious growth plans moving forward, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager that has a proven and successful track record in a multi-department business environment. They must be skilled in human resources, business finance and have the ability to create a strong team environment that allows for staff members to feel trusted and valued.
Role Objectives
- Lead multi-department teams to improve productivity and efficiency
- Maintain communication with team leaders and management
- Build on existing relationships with customers and create new ones
- Work alongside Company Director to achieve growth plans
- Build current technician and admin staff numbers in line with growth
Responsibilities
- Carry out staff appraisals
- Ensure sales targets are met and built on for each department
- Manage work load for Workshop and Mobile repairs
- Carry out staff training and support using our franchise head office opportunities
- Implement new and / or improved systems for our retail growth plans and bookings
- Manage IT and communication systems
Skill and Qualifications
- At least two years of business operations management experience
- Team leader qualities and the ability to build a strong team environment
- Financial planning and budgeting
- Ideally some motor trade experience in managing and leading teams
