We are looking for an energetic, business-focussed, and quality-orientated Operations Manager to join an outstanding care provider to work alongside the Owner/Director and effectively manage all activities of the business, with a particular focus on growth, and business development.
You will need to have had senior experience within a fast-paced, people-orientated business, be empathetic, a great communicator and be passionate about delivering a high-quality service through an efficient, motivated, and well-led team. You will be values-led, and confident networking with community partners and & stakeholders.
Culture and customer service will be something close to your heart as you will be instrumental in leading your people, delivering a person-centred service to clients, and leading the business to the highest levels of excellence.
This Operations Manager position is ideal for someone with a strong commercial and constant-improvement mindset who may want to develop their career in a new sector and can bring fresh ideas, inject innovative ways of working and really shape the business. You will be confident using various IT systems and familiar with budget management and planning.
To apply for this role you do not require a background working in the care sector, but given the nature of this business, the successfully-appointed individual will need to show they have great attention to detail, be able to evidence a proven managerial track record gained from working in a private customer-driven business and be capable of learning and adapting within a constantly changing business environment focussed on people and building relationships.
Duties included in this role are:
- Be an inspiring leader – driving business values, culture, and engagement.
- Take the lead on the Business Development strategy using marketing, the local community, referral networks and building on new and existing relationships.
- Take full accountability for ensuring that the highest standards of business performance are continuously challenged and improved upon.
- Recruit, nurture and develop your internal talent, ensuring that there is a strong development culture in place with ongoing training initiatives.
- Promote yourself as a highly credible ambassador for the business, leading by example.
- Devising the strategy for future growth and performance.
- Meet and exceed business standards, regulations, and legislation requirements.
- Agree objectives for meeting business performance targets and manage budgets.

Salary: £60,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
