This provider had 7 homes across North Wales and offer a combination of elderly care, EMI and some mental health.
The current ops manager is stepping down from their role to focus on matters closer to home but they are passionate about finding the right person to replace them and lead this smaller provider to even further heights than they have.
They are so focused on helping the next operations manager succeed that they are hiring two other support roles in order
You will need:
- 2+ years experience as a manager with successful multi-site experience
- NVQ5 qualification in Leadership and Management
- Experience with Recruitment and Retention
- To be a resident of or near North Wales
- Driver's License
- Knowledge of CIW and their key areas of inspection
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- To be contactable at all times
