Job description

MK Industrial and Logistics have partnered with a well known company based in Leeds to recruit a full time night shift permanent operations manager to join the team.

Previous experience in an operational role or very similar is desirable but not essential, salary is negotiable depending on experience.

This would be working for a well established company whom deliver pasteurised goods to schools, care homes etc

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Monitoring driving performance and growth of the team
• Performance assessment
• Maintaining staffing levels and assisting with recruitment
• On-going monitoring and assessment of the training needs within the team, developing and delivering appropriate training with support from HR
• Assist with the onboarding process for all new starters.
• Working closely with the other management

Skills Required

• Organised, Punctual and reliable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb attention to detail and ability manage and follow procedures
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
