Operations Manager
Our client is currently looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to join a growing business and take the next step in their career.
The Role
· Management of day to day operations of the business
· Oversee all production plans
· Process development and documenting of procedures
· Liaising with the Production Manager on a daily bases for update on current job status
· Stock management duties
· Recruitment, training, and supervision of staff supported by Production Team Manager
· Attend daily production meetings to advise on any issues
· Staff rostering, coordination and performance management of all staff
· Deliver high production efficiencies
· Assist the HR manager with interviews, appraisals and disciplinary meetings
· Provide support to staff and help resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible
· Oversee the development of staff including arranging and scheduling of training
· Monitor and report all operational aspects within the business
Essential Criteria
· Previous experience within an operational role
· Ability to prioritise workload
· Excellent organisation skills
· Strong communication skills
· Resourceful and a positive can-do attitude
· Excellent computer skills
