Sales and Operations Manager
Market Monitoring Ltd collects and distributes financial services data. It's customers are UK based banks and building societies.
This is a new role where there is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join the company and make a significant impact. Remuneration will reflect the effectiveness of the jobholder in generating new sales opportunities and ensuring that the current operations continue to provide a high quality service to our clients.
Position Summary:
The Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for operations, customer service and sales management. This jobholder provides leadership, motivation and guidance to ensure operational excellence and profitability.
Responsibilities:
·Develop and implement strategies to increase market share, maximixe profits, and meet or exceed goals.
·Ensure effective operational processes are in place to support the business's needs.
·Ensure that all leads are properly identified, entered, managed, tracked and sold effectively.
·Provide outstanding customer service to all customers and prospects.
·Build long-term customer relationships by providing professional service support to customers through effective communication with key contacts at our clients.
·Identifies new business and service opportunities through conversations with clients.
·Must be able to communicate effectively with their team, internal customers and external customers.
·Must be able to think on their feet and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
·Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
·Must be able to pay attention to details throughout the workday.
·Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
The job is based in Burton-upon-Trent. Initially you will be based in the office until you have learned our systems and processes. Once experienced then the job could become a hybrid but the jobholder would be expected to be in the office c3 days/week in order to effectively manage their team.
For the right candidate there will be downstream opportunities to become a shareholder and even Managing Director, we are therefore looking for the brightest and best with the ability to drive themselves and others.
Initial salary will be based on experience but a generous commission/bonus scheme will reward new sales and ensuring ongoing quality customer service. OTE £60-100k
