We are a busy and beautiful Trinity Bellwoods area restaurant with a Venice Beach inspired menu, two patios, a private dining room, and upstairs event space.

Ideal candidates will have some restaurant management experience, though we’re open to hearing from those with diverse professional backgrounds with new sets of skills that could translate well into our world.
Your Presence on the Floor:

- Have strong wine knowledge and the intention to always be learning more about wine (and food).
- You know when to jump in and fill in the gaps, and when to catch up on your admin; strong time management and pride in your organizational systems are two essential features of your personality.
- Your sense of the environment around you means that you know when to have a laugh and when to bring some gravity to every situation.
Operations Management--some, but not all, of the things you'll do:
- Manage the floor while on shift – this includes ensuring all team members are living by our core values, assisting on the floor with food running, busing, expo, and table maintenance
- Assist the GM in all operations - this includes daily cash, payroll, recruitment, inventory, labour costs, food costs, training and scheduling
- Ensure that opening and closing checklists are completed up to established operating standards
- Approve discounts and promos as required
- Strive to enhance guest experiences at every opportunity with a focus on customer satisfaction. Handle guest conflicts and concerns with tact and professionalism
- Work each shift with a safety mindset. Be proactive in regards front of the house and back of the house safety (food safety, potential hazards for employees or guests)
