Job description
J&B Hopkins has progressively grown and developed significantly over the last forty-five years to provide a full Mechanical and Electrical services installations to the building industry and direct to end users.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Operations Manager within the M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) / Building Services industry to join a long-established and well-respected organisation.
As Operations Manager you will be required to drive projects through effective CRM's (Ideally onsite) and monitor and support actual programmes on projects.
Operation Manager will regularly ensure meetings are held with clients during the construction phase and discuss programme issues at the earliest stage.
General Job Duties
· Establish a positive working relationship with the client at the earliest stage, ensuring expectations can be mutually agreed and lines of effective communication are maintained at the appropriate levels
· Support with the continued development of the Contract Managers, Project Managers, and Supervisor/Site Managers using the companies CMS / individual roles and responsibilities as a measurable tool
· Support and input into written reports for monthly management meetings
· Identify any specific training requirements (project or business)
· Ensure the project team has a full understanding of our contractual obligations on each project
· Review buying plans / financial reports and establish buying targets with the responsible director

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £70,000.00-£77,000.00 per year
